Terms and conditions of use

Orders & Payment

• Prices quoted on the website are in Singapore dollars. Outside of Singapore, your credit card company should exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at the current rate.

• We accept three payment modes: Cash on Delivery, ATM transfers, iBanking and Paypal.

• We do not allow amendments to be made to your order once it is placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors.

• Request for cancellation of order will be declined if any form of payment has been made.
All cancelled orders cannot be reversed.

• For customers who have opted to make payment via ATM Transfer, please make payment within 24 hours.

• For customers who have opted to make payment via iBanking and PayPal, please do so via the link you will be directed to after confirming the order.

• Please contact the Customer Care Team ([email protected]) if the iBanking or Paypal link does not work.

• It is the responsibility of the customer to provide relevant details required for Hair Broducts to process the order. Hair Broducts will not be accountable for delays caused by incorrect/ insufficient payment details provided.

Delivery

• Hair Broducts is unable to amend orders nor combine orders which were separately made after it is placed. Please double check your order details at the Review Order page before confirming the order.

• All orders are mailed in a bubble wrap envelope/box.

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days upon verification of payment.

• Price of postage includes handling fees.

• If normal postage is selected, please allow 3 – 5 working days for your parcel to reach you. Hair Broducts will not be held liable for any lost parcels/damaged items mailed out via normal delivery.

• If registered postage is selected, please allow 2 – 3 working days for your parcel to reach you. Customers may track their parcel by logging into their accounts.

• Meet-ups are only offered at the stipulated venues and time. Request for meet-ups outside of these time-frames will be duly declined.

 

Rocket Uncle Same/Next Day Delivery

• Local orders within Singapore only.

• All orders are delivered in a bubble wrap envelope/box.

• All Same/Next-Day Delivery orders will be fulfilled by Rocket Uncle in a Door-to-Door Delivery.

• We will try our best to liaise with Rocket Uncle's delivery service to ensure items are being delivered accurately and within the specified time frame.

• Please ensure that you have updated your delivery address as it will be used to deliver your order.

• If Rocket Uncle is unable to deliver during your given time frame due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you and re-arrange an alternative time frame at no additional cost. If Rocket Uncle is unable to reach you at your doorstep, the next attempt of delivery may be subjected to re-delivery charges of S$5.

• We do not entertain requests for a specific time of delivery within the given time frame.

 

Bounced Parcels 

• Customers will be contacted via email should Hair Broducts receive any bounced parcels bearing their name.

• Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. Hair Broducts will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer.

• Bounced parcels that are unclaimed after 3 months will be deemed as Hair Broducts’ property and no compensation will be offered as sufficient response time has been given.

 

Incorrect Items Received

• All exchanges have to reach us within 14 working days (28 working days for International Customers) from the day the parcel was delivered.

• We apologize for mailing you an incorrect item. Please inform the Customer Care Team by taking a snapshot of the incorrect item received and forward it to us at [email protected]. We will also reimburse in the form of credit notes for postage/shipping fees incurred.

• An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is incorrect*. Hair Broducts will reimburse normal postage for wrong item(s) sent to customer. 
*Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (new and unused).  Exchanges for items which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined. 

• All exchanges/returns will be processed and dealt via email.

• Hair Broducts will not be liable should you purchase our products from any third party. We will not accede to any request for exchange.

 

Defective/Faulty Items


 All exchanges have to reach us within 14 working days (28 working days for International Customers) from the day the parcel was delivered.

• We apologize for mailing you a defective/faulty item. Please inform the Customer Care Team by taking a snapshot of the defective area and forward it to us at [email protected]. We will also reimburse in the form of credit notes for postage/shipping fees incurred.

• An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is defective/ faulty*. Hair Broducts will reimburse normal postage for defected item(s) sent to customer. 
*Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (new and unused). Exchanges for items which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined. 

• All exchanges/returns will be processed and dealt via email.

• Hair Broducts will not be liable should you purchase our products from any third party. We will not accede to any request for exchange

 

Returns & Exchanges

• Goods sold are not exchangeable or refundable unless you received an incorrect item(s) or any factory defected item(s), otherwise it will not be accepted for return.

• We always ensure that all our products are in good condition before shipping, otherwise we will inform you if we have no replacement stock.

• We inspect every order that is shipped but in the unlikely event that you have received an incorrect item(s) or any factory defected item(s), you may return it for an exchange or store credit. All Items must be returned in the new and unused conditionWith your return item, please include a note with your order number so we can identify your return.

• We will not accept any items for an Exchange which were received past 14 days (Singapore orders) or 28 days (International orders) from Delivery date or returned in used condition. All such items will be returned back to the sender.

• All additional postage cost will be borne by the customer. Customers are to mail the item(s) via a mode of delivery that allows tracking. Hair Broducts will not proceed on with the return if the parcel does not reach us and are not liable for loss mails sent via normal mail.

• Please contact our Customer Care Team and fill out the ‘Contact Us’ form, and select the ‘Returns’ category with a snapshot of your incorrect/defective item(s). You will receive a reply within 24 business hours regarding your request.
Stored Credit will only last for 30 days. The credit will be valid for 30 days and is strictly non-refundable nor extendable. Credit Notes issued can only be utilized in one transaction, depending on the quantity issued, any excess amount will not be refunded.

• We do not provide Cash Refunds for Returns.

• Hair Broducts will not be providing any Returns should you purchase our products from any third party.

• All returns are final. If you would like to purchase the item again, you will have to purchase it directly from our website.

Discount Codes/Credit Notes
• Discount Codes/Credit Notes issued can only be utilized by the account holder unless otherwise stated. They are non-transferrable in nature.

• If your Credit Note was issued due to a Return, please refer to the section "Returns & Exchanges" for more information on its validity.

• Discount Codes/Credit Notes are only valid if they are inputted during check out.

• The value of each individual Credit Note has to be utilized within one transaction, any remaining amount will not be refunded.

• Discount Codes cannot be used for Sale Items unless otherwise stated.

• Customers can track their credit notes by logging into their accounts.
